Crock Pot Challenge 2008

MMMMMMMM.
Fall means a lot of things to a lot of people.  To Marc and me, it means CROCK POT.  We brought out the ol’ Rival this afternoon and I whipped up some Chicken Casablanca.  It’s a Weight Watchers recipe, so it’s low-guilt, AND it has a lot of yummy veggies, about 5 or 6 different spices, herbs, raisins, etc.  The whole house smells delicious, and slightly Moroccan, and we have tons of leftovers for tomorrow or maybe the

I’m writing on behalf of the household. If you wanted
Granny or Grandpa to taste the crock pot, you cannot use the word
Weight-watchers or Moroccan! Just tell them it has Kielbasa in it.

It looks good but you lost me on the zucchini and garbanzo beans! I TOO love the crock pot!!!!
